plan is designed by me personally, not by training software.
Periodization Plan includes:
- individualized design based on your vital statistics & goals
- heart rate training zones
- power training levels (if available)
- training paces (running & swimming)
- weekly phone contacts (within reason)
- weekly email contacts (within reason)





- weekly feedback - client / athlete check-in (required)
Payment: Due 1st week of each month.

Cost: $125month for single sports. $175/month for multi-sports. $75 Startup fee for new clients.
Strength and Conditioning Training Plan

Strength Conditioning Plan includes:
- individualized design based on your vital statistics & goals
- training logs - Repitition Maximum (RM) charts
- weekly phone contacts (within reason)
- weekly email contacts (within reason)
- weekly feedback - client / athlete check-in (required)
Payment: Due 1st week of each month.
Cost: $100 per month.
$75 Startup fee for new clients.
One-On-One / Group Instruction
Term:
N/A
Includes: Individualized instruction for cycling / running / swimming / skating (in-line or ice) /
strength conditioning.
Payment: Due prior to instruction
Cost: $60 per hour per individual. $40 per hour per individual with group. (Group = 2 or more clients)
PR Bicycling Skills Training: Solo or Group
Start date: TBD. Each session is approximately 90 minutes
The curriculum comprises 5 skill sessions.

Control and Direction
Cornering / Steering
Group Dynamics: Pace lines (variations)
Climbing & Descending
Sprinting.
Price: $300.00 for all 5 sessions. Cost: $60 per individual session.
