Training Plans
Periodization Plan: Annual / Semi-Annual / Tri-Annual
Term:1 year / 6 months / 3 months
Includes: Training plan based on your individual sport and your personal goals. Each training      
                plan is designed by me personally, not by training software.
Periodization Plan includes:
Payment: Due 1st week of each month or in full with 5% discount.

Cost:  $110/month for single sports.          $110/month for multi-sports.       $50 Startup fee for new clients.

        

The Ultimate Judgment of Progress is:
Measurable results in reasonable time.
Strength and Conditioning Training Plan
Term:N/A
Includes:   Training plan based on your individual sport and your personal goals. Each training      
                plan is designed by me personally, not by training software.
Strength Conditioning Plan includes:
Payment: Due 1st week of each month or in full with 5% discount.

Cost:  $60 per month.$45 per month Combo Plan $50 Startup fee for new clients.

One-On-One / Group Instruction
Term:N/A
Includes:   Individualized instruction for cycling / running / swimming / skating (in-line or ice) /       
                 strength conditioning.

Payment:  Due prior to instruction

Cost:  $40 per hour per individual.                   $25 per hour per individual with group. (Group = 2 or more clients)
Event Peaking: Peak for single or multiple events
Term: 3 weeks to 6 weeks prior to your event
Includes: Event peaking strategy based on your individual goals and abilities
Payment: Event dependent
